The initial interview with the recruiter was informative and presented good information in regards to the company and how it operates. I understood the role and believed I was more than qualified for the position. The interview was positive and I was told I would hear back very soon in regards to next steps. I followed up a week later for an update and was given a "not yet" reply. Weeks passed and did not even receive a basic generic "we will not be proceeding with your application". Very unprofessional in my opinion
