The process took place a week ago, so I'm still waiting for their call for the HR round. The tests mentioned above are the stuff that I know about their hiring process.

They surprised me with an on-the-spot critical appraisal and review of a journal article, timed and on camera. I was given an article with the abstract removed like I was a first-year medical student or junior resident and instructed to analyze it while answering written questions using MS Word. I had to do this while the senior editor and interviewer observed me on camera, with her camera off. This actually triggered an issue for which I would have required accommodations under ADA.
