"What makes you think you are qualified for this job?" I wasn't really asked interview questions insofar as a traditional interview goes. It was more a line by line assessment of every one of my qualifications from my CV and why they felt it was unsatisfactory.
What would make you a good candidate for this position?
Asked me about how I address specific issues relevant to Special Education and differentiation in the classroom. They also asked me about how I prefer to collaborate with the team, how I see my role as a special education teacher, and how I address specific disabilities. Some schools also asked me how I maintain positive relationships with parents and the community.
