The biggest part of the interview process is the design challenge. It goes something like this: Design a battery operated device that has a single RGB LED and push button. The device should illuminate red if the temperature is above 40C, blue if the temperature is below 0C, or off if the temperature is between 0 and 40C. If the push button is pressed, it should show the respective temperature (i.e the green LED should turn on if its between 0 and 40). The device should be operated off a single CR2032 battery and have >1 year of life and not cost more than $10.
