General: tell me about yourself. The second interview would be more technical based.
Explain MOS-FETs and the different types of them, what are the positives, negatives and applications of each.
Nothin specific. Was mostly reviewing some of their design and concept and questions alternative solution. To be fair they really wanted to hear that their solution was the best and did not leave anything open to discuss.
