Since I was from a different background, they asked why I was interested in the position. They asked a little bit about the position I was applying to as well - knowledge base like what a flow is and whether I can give an example of it which in my opinion to verify I know what I was applying for. I was asked how I worked under pressure and to provide an example.
Several situational questions - "Tell me about a time when you did XYZ" or "Have you been in a situation where you did XYZ and how did you handle it?" Most of the interview questions were directly related to my direct experience in similar positions as they want to make sure you are very qualified for the role. I believe I would have gotten the position if not for candidates who had a little more retail experience.
