The questions were pretty standard. Typical behavioral questions about working with others, difficult experiences, and strengths and weaknesses. They wanted to know why I thought I was a good fit and why I liked Nielsen. The toughest question was "What are you best at?".

Why the emerging leaders program?
The behavioral interview was more technical than expected, asking questions like "what are the assumptions of a linear regression model?" Nothing too difficult if you know your stuff, but its a good idea to review the basics.
Tell me about a time you had to go above and beyond to meet a project deadline.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? A lot of the questions were focused on leadership.
