The interview questions had little do with my own education, experience and background. Instead it appeared that the interview team was picking my brain about how to set up their new employee relations department. According to the headhunter firm, I was one of ten candidates they recruited who received multiple interviews from Roche for the role. Roche did not hire anyone but seemed to be be gathering information on how to set up their new department.
