There was far too many people for them to interview, they just pretty much hired everyone who passed the background check. They didnt even look at my resume.

What is special about you.
Questions were largely focused on pertinent extracurricular activities such as undergrad research. As well as some standard questions such as year, graduation date, GPA.
The questions focused on technical textiles which was decieving because once in the position being too technical was frowned on.
Technially it was not challenging at all as there were no experts in place at the company. Cultural fit was more important for them than what you can do.
