Assuming we hire you, what’s one thing that would make you unhappy with your decision within the first 90 days?
All behavioral. Type of questions: What are your strengths? What are your weakness? How do you motivate high performer? Give me an example where you disagreed with someone in product? Tell me about a project where you made a significant change to an existing process? etc. They never bothered to give me any feedback.

How to maintain Low performer?
Design a SDK wrapped around a REST API that exists on the internet (which only has one or two flavors of interaction in it).
I don't remember the specifics. It was almost entirely behavioral questions with one high level technical design question.
