The interview questions were as expected: Why do you want to teach in Japan? What do you like about Japan? What teaching experience do you have? etc. There was a point where I had to explain the difference between "hold" and "carry" to a Japanese person. The interviewer provided feedback after I did this. This seems to be important for the next interview.
