I had two interviews set back to back for 1 hour. They each asked four questions but the same type: Q: show integrity, q: challenging situation q: a project you were proud of q:how you managed a long term project.
The hirevue and HR screening was all situational. What was a time you worked on project and encountered difficulty. The final round was situational but all based off a GM core value. So if you get that far, KNOW THEM BY HEART!
