I was given a set of tasks which I later found out was to gauge my learning abilities and initiative.
Give an example of how you have taken the lead in your work or education.
"Rank these three things in order of importance to you. .there is no right or wrong answer.. list them where number 1 = most importance 2= less 3= least----- 'growth opportunity within the company (which ties in with getting back effort you put in)' ' work/life balance (importance of liking where you work/what you do/feeling a connection with your co-workers and part of a team ) and if Im not mistaken I believe the last was 'starting salary' ----- > interview was about five months ago.

Was strange instead of asking many questions, the interviewer started to describe the company and it's history, only very simple questions like are you willing to work here.
