Why should Wegman's hire you? Tell me about something you had a hard time selling? Culinary questions: What is the last thing you cooked? What do you like to cook? How do you prepare your vegetables? Did you know we had a magazine are you familiar with it, that Wegmans has recipes and special diet tips? Any basic culinary question be expected to be asked.

The supervisor told me that all the final interview was about was telling my story in as great detail as possible. It was hard to pick up on what exactly she was trying to deduct from it, but it was all about trying to see how I fit the company culture and collective I assume.
