Observing the job and telling them what I thought was important. They really look for people with a good attitude and a student mentality.
we talked about my resume and went over what they wanted in a candidate and what i wanted in a position. i didnt really know what to say.

"How are your people skills?" This was my first interview I have had and since I haven't had a lot of experience with lots of talking with people, I told them I was a little rusty but can warm up fairly fast but I think that maybe I didn't understand it as the way they meant it, meaning as working in a team. anyways, all questions were fairly commonplace.
