Questions were basic with HR - mostly my providing an overview of my experience. The only questions I received were via multiple assessment tests. Which by the way, my answering which number falls next in the sequence, has no bearing on being able to plan events. My advice, actually speak with the candidate in person, I promise it is much more telling of my ability.
