They asked for a lot of Strategic information and ways to manage events. It that ultimately became clear that they were interviewing upper level managers to get ideas and proceeded to send a message that they were going to hire a generalist instead of a Sr Manager. This was after receiving much intel in how to organize and manage at the position.
