They asked questions about my past experiences as it pertained to tasks relevant to the position I was interviewing for. They did not ask fluff questions--which is, again, amazing! All questions were formulated around the role I applied for and making sure I would be able to perform necessary tasks.
The phone screen was a typical interview-- asking about salary expectations, day to day tasks, experience, etc;.
