What is your strategy for learning a new client?

What experience do you have weaving mission into a sponsorship or sponsor relationship?
Give SPECIFICS - during behavioral interviewing my biggest pet peeve when we ask someone to give an example of a time they identified a problem and resolved it is when they say, well I can't think of a specific but usually I just make a list of how to solve, talk to supervisor, etc... we want to know about specific times you used skills such as problem solving so don't be afraid to be specific.
