The most difficult question involved how to get a team working for you to accomplish the goals of the healthcare facility.
The interviews were generally conversational. The first few were more traditional behavioral-style discussions focused on leadership approach and prior experience. As the process progressed, the conversations became more strategic, centered on upcoming organizational priorities, division goals, and overall leadership/culture fit rather than structured questions.
