Phone interview process was casual. Interviewer let me lead the interview, was new to interviewing and hiring people / in a people manager capacity, On-site interviews were pretty solid. There were a few people that did not seem to care about talking to me or have any direct impact or relationship with the role. It seemed more like they picked questions from a database, and were there more as filler, than to weed anyone out. It still was a fun process, I rate the interview process highly and the people interviewing on-site were very good - even if they did not work with the role or team I applied for.
