The calls are about 50/50 so you get a good chance to answer and ask lots of questions. Questions were focused around my background and making a career change to this discipline. A lot of questions about how do you handle teams? How do you handle situations when things don't go to plan? How do you react to late-coming change requests for a project.
They asked about my background and were mainly interested in finding out more about my experience than any “tricky” questions. At the level I was interviewing, I honestly had more formal questions for them than them for me. They did ask me what my hobbies are, which made sense for a creative job.
