Executive Recruiter Interview Questions
"When hiring an executive recruiter, a recruiting firm will look for candidates who have the industry knowledge and recruiting skills to seek out applicants for executive and high-level management positions. In an interview you can expect to be asked about the traits you look for in executive candidates, the processes you use to vet applicants, and your turnaround rate for filling positions. What is some of the recruiting experience do I have?
Workplace philosophy
The main gist of the interview seemed to focus on my motivation towards making money. The question seemed to be reiterated repeatedly. Felt like I was in a scene from Wall St. at times. Quite an uncomfortable experience at times.
Why leave a home-based business to come work onsite?
Didn't get a word in edge ways with this internal recruiter who only wanted to talk about himself. Best way to describe this company is all fur coat and no knickers. Certainly didn't live up to the values they harped on about in my candidate experience. Refused to give any feedback just got blanked after being courted for weeks. Good one.
