They ask basic HR questions, such as "why would you be ideal for us" and probe lightly on some personal questions, but nothing that would cause discomfort. In the Manager interview, were asked more specific questions as to dealing with pressure, work flow, previous experiences and organizational skills.
Questions were position related and focused on prior experience and how this role would interact with other departments. There were also a lot of development questions as the company is in a growth mode.
