What criteria do you base raises on?
The interview was much more conversational than inquisitional. They were interested in my motivations and I was interested in the growth opportunities.
Questions were primarily directed toward stated areas of personal research interest and future plans for the development and delivery of research projects. All questions were within expected bounds of areas of interest.

Q: How would you approach balancing competing requests for support from multiple faculty? How do you prioritize?
