My interview required a practical component so I had to prepare a lecture. This is common. There were 6 people present for the main interview. Hardest question had to do with what I felt I could bring to the college. Make sure to research all aspects of the company you are interviewing with.

I don't think there was any difficult question. The interview was for an IT faculty position and I did not expect any technical questions. I had a subnetting question and OSI layer model and it caught me off guard.
