General questions about how I run a classroom, did I know to check in everyday on email, had I used online learning management systems before and how would I handle tough situations with students. I was asked to give an example of a classroom situation where the student was wrong and another where the student was right and how I handled them.

Please describe a situation from your last job that really annoyed you (this was like a no-win question as you aren't supposed to air your dirty laundry but this question lends itself to that behavior).
