The real interview comes after you leave your employer and go through training with this company for two weeks. You will have a single role play regarding what you know and how you interact with this fake person that is actually a manager. If you fail the role play, they will revoke your job title and ask you if you would like to follow people around Home Depot setting solar appointments.
