Expect to role play scenarios of troubleshooting equipment / dealing with end-users of the company's product. This drives home the point that this position will involve a high level of customer interaction and conflict resolution, beyond just the technical skills associated with resolving product issues.
They will ask you to troubleshoot why a remote control will not work with a television. There are two parts to this question and the root cause is always different. Be slow and methodical. But, apply common sense.

I don't recall any truly difficult questions though they were thought provoking.
High-level questions on interconnects and management of contention
It's claims. Asking base questions out of some junior-level management class or 10-year old behavior-based interview booklet HR just got around to reading is almost demeaning.
