(15 mins) 2nd interview: personal questions, strenghts, weaknesses, what is my role in a team, why deloitte, why consulting, why finance, hobbies, then they asked how would i do in a situation in which a client is not giving the data to do the consulting service but is very strict with deadlines, how would be my interpersonal appraoch in the situation. (50 mins) 3rd interview: case-study. Game of roles, i was the consultant they were the clients, all the info given is that they inheritated a land, and they want to create a business. I had to decide which business and why and calculate when the company will start being profitable. I had to make estimations of everything (variable cost, fixed costs, revenues,...)
