I was asked to discuss difficult customer confrontations, explain how I've dealt with customer problems in the past etc. For the FSR position I was asked a few questions related to my sales techniques, my team building skills, and conflict resolution skills.

My interview didn't involve any behavioral questions. I mainly spoke about the role I was in at the time and why I wanted this particular role now.
