Generally reviewed my background and experience. There were no specific "scenario" questions posed during the calls or 1:1. Feedback during the calls was that I was more than qualified for the position. However there were a couple of comments made to me that seemed to be questionable as to their mindset on hiring a mature (over 50), female executive. This is not the Cisco culture of "diversity" which they promote.
