Group activity is focused on listening and retaining information, working with your team members, and showing off your personality. One on ONe interview was mainly personal questions, 'tell me about yourself', 'are you willing to relocate', 'what are you most looking forward to', etc.
How I would handle working in a team environment, lots of scenario questions. Asking over and over how i would handle working with difficult customers in various fashions. Seemed easy enough but no offer. Have now been offered at another major airline, don't know if its worth the time and energy.
