When was the one time you went beyond your duties and what did you get from it?
Most difficult question was asking me what I would do to make changes to the store based on what I know about the company.
No questions were really difficult or unexpected. Questions were mostly along the lines of: "Tell me about a time when <insert random situation> happened. How did you handle the situation?"
If an item rings up as $18.00 and the guest insists that the price is $13.00, what would you do?
Why do you want to work here etc? Nothing hard.
The questions weren't that difficult but one that I had to think about for a second was "name a time you made a mistake, what did you do to fix it and what was the outcome."
Very easy questions they love if you smile a lot and be super happy. You have to like talking and helping people
Name a weakness was question that can be tricky for some.
No really unexpected questions. All questions were basic (and excellent questions to ask) about your experience, and how you would handle various customer service situations.
