Pretty much both interviewers asked different variations of the same questions. They would always start with "Name a time when..." Name a time where you worked as a team to accomplish a goal. Name a time where you went out of your comfort zone to get something done. Stuff like that
Why do you want to work at Target. A lot of what would you do questions.
"Have you ever had a disagreement with a fellow employee and how did you resolve it"?

Do you have previous stock experience?
How do you handle conflict.
The most difficult question I was asked was "Why do you want to work for Target?".
