All the questions were pretty standard. Questions about how my past job experience would translate to customer service. Explain a situation in which a customer was unhappy and how I handled it. They mostly want to know three things: 1. Can I learn Opera (our property management system), 2. Am I friendly and well spoken, and 3. Do I make good decisions. I interviewed for a Starwood Hotel once, and it was much harder, more in depth. I think since each Crowne Plaza is independently owned the hiring process will vary from hotel to hotel.
