They also asked a lot of personality questions, like how do you create trust with your coworkers and how reliable are you if we need the extra coverage at other facilities. Also about how you deal with constructive criticism from your manager when you do a task or process wrong.
Strengths, weaknesses, what do you know about the company, went over my resume and asked questions about what I did at my previous jobs, are you good at multitasking and organization, explained the position and asked if I would be able to do that.
