In the first interview all questions were informal and followed through based on the information on my CV. In the second interview there didn't really seem to be any questions.
What do you want to do in the future? What hours would you like to do? Any previous work experience?
Asking general questions such as How should you greet a new client? How would you handle multiple clients complaining? Can you describe how you would handle a situation where you have a client on the phone and in person?
