There were no very difficult questions. in fact, the most difficult question I was asked was how much I knew about Roschier at that point and what were my expectations on the job.

I was asked about my skills, and how they relate to the position. I was also asked personality questions to gage how I might fit into the department that I'd be in. I was impressed with the interviewers awareness of the role and job description. It made it easier to answer the questions, because I knew exactly what the interviewer was looking for, based on the information I was given.
