They have core values that they shared with me and the question was pretty vague after they shared them 'how do you think you fit in with our core values?' It was simply vague. Also they really seemed much more interested in telling me about themselves, the store and the company as opposed to asking me questions.
The hardest questions were related to sales, particularly on how to overcome objections in the gallery. Read a sales guidebook before attending training.

Requested information as to how I have dealt with organization struggles in the past.
They asked me a significant amount of questions about my previous employer, they had worked with that person in the past. They also asked me if I was comfortable with a tense or occasionally emotionally heightened environment.
