Basically there was no specific questions. It was more like the hiring manager telling me how his department works, how was the day-to-day for this particular position.

I cannot honestly remember one that came up from there though and some interviewers hadn’t prepared appropriately - not sure they understood the question themselves and were busy taking notes at the same time...could they truly have represented my responses without shorthand skills...

Many of the questions made it seem the interviewer had not read my resume, i.e. give me an example of a global campaign you've run....my resume is clear in stating that I've not had any global experience.
