Came in multiple times to explore the process, listen in on calls, and try to get a feel for whether this career was for me. Observation is the best way to gauge your interest for the industry, which is especially true for this industry. I had multiple sit-downs with management to assess whether I was truly interested, but outside of those was allowed to take as much time as I wanted
