The assessment centre follows a similar process to management consulting interviews. The process can seem daunting at first but with practice you will get better at spotting what each question is trying to get at - there are often hidden elements to the question which need fleshing out. At the final round I was asked questions around my motivation for the role - i.e. why Zopa, why the role. I was also asked to speak about a time I'd taken ownership for something in the workplace.
