They asked me stupid questions like "Why is a manhole cover round?". They wanted to see my "thought process". I was also asked questions about basic Python scripts I wrote on GitHub and a lot of questions about maintaining servers. I was asked 0 questions about networking.

How do you handle suddenly changing business goals and/or priorities.
The agency said they would be all over my CV talking about my history but they weren't really. They asked a little bit but they are more concerned with technical ability.
