They asked about past experiences and how I handled them. Example: Tell me about a time when you disagreed with a coworker, Tell me when you went out of your way at work, etc. It doesn’t matter too much if you can’t think of answers right away...just SMILE, be POLITE, and FRIENDLY. They value that WAY more than answering quickly. If you don’t smile and are gruff, you probably won’t get the job...
