They will take your 1st round of interview and say you have cleared it. Then they will give a home assignment (wallet app), and hurray, now they realise that skills don't match. So after giving 1st round of interview and spending two days on the assignment, they realised that the skills didn't match. Then what's the use of resume screening? I say never ever go to such orgs. They are scammers!!
