Very unprofessional and disjointed process. There's no respect for the candidate's time and no flow of info between interview rounds. 1. Technical screening - Profile walkthrough and basic questions. After informing that my expertise is on the front-end, was asked if I can complete a full-stack app as part of the take home assessment. I agreed and was moved on to the next round. 2. Take home assessment 3. Technical interview - After multiple reschedulings, I joined the meeting but the panel wasn't present. They eventually rescheduled again and cited urgent organization priorities. Regarding the interview itself, the panel rushed through it with no idea of my profile. I reiterated that my expertise was on the front-end, but the interview was focused completely on back-end. The worst part - there was zero feedback on the take home assessment. So the time invested in it amounted to nothing. Would not recommend.
