It was all situational based questions. It was straight forward, Phone and then in Person, too only 2 weeks to her back form Human Resources at Site.
I don't remember any specific questions from the interview. But the HR Assessment was similar to, though a lot shorter than, the PHR exam.
They were all pretty basic.
Questions were typical but the attention span of the interviewer varied
