What I admired the most was the detailed conversation emphasizing what I could do instead of what I have already done.
The questions were all variations of the HR Manager questions posted by other reviewers at this website. (e.g. What was the most difficult personnel decision you had to make? In what ways do you promote diversity in the workplace?)
90% of their questions start with "Give me an example of time when you handled... " I did not always have a good or complete answer as I had not encountered some of the types of situations they were asking for in my previous experience with a much smaller company.
They asked me about my experience, projects I’ve been involved in, motivations, etc.

is a conversation style approach. very engaging.
Both behavioral and situational questions based on a number of scenario. It was a two way conversation and the interviewers were very candid to share the challenges that are ongoing in the organization
