There was a question that caught me off guard as it was something I had never been asked during an interview. I do not remember the exact wording but they asked something along the lines of: Tell us about a time where you made a critical mistake and how did you resolve it?
I was asked how I would respond to certain situations or how I have responded to a particular type of situation in the past.
Only question asked was in the initial email sent to me: What is your availability for a phone screen?
